Tum karo toh urgency, hum kare toh “disturbing”. We should stop bothering people when they are on leaves. We can instead wait for them to get back and then unload our tasks all at once.
1. Eliminate distractions and create a quiet work environment: Working in an environment can have the productivity and push you to finish off the to-do list on a short note of the time.
2. Learn to say no: Saying “NO” to things that won’t serve to your purpose can help you to focus on the important thing in your life.
3. Delegate tasks: Delegate the small-small tasks to people who can do it better so that you can have time to put your focus on more important things
1. Set Time Limit: Setting a time limit helps to avoid multiple tasks that can take much your time in hand.
2. Take regular breaks: Breaks are as important as working. If you will not give rest to your engines, you will face burnout and hence the time to finish the task will stretch more.
3. Use tools such as timers or alarms: To keep track of time, using tools can be effective and one of the highly used tools is “POMODORO”
1. Avoid procrastination (Because to achieve more in less time, you need to be more active and less inert)
2. Use technology to automate repetitive tasks (In the age of technology it is beneficial to save time by automating it.)
3. Use the “Pomodoro Technique” (It is a technique which says to work with 100% focus on a task and then takes 5 minutes break to heal and get back on it.)
